Madison is a 3L at Nebraska Law. Their experience working in the medical field and providing personal care has contributed to their interest in disability issues. They strive to bring an intersectional approach to everything they do. They have spent time as a clerk for Legal Aid of Nebraska and Nebraska Appleseed. At Nebraska Law they are a Public Interest Scholar and the president of OUTLaw, Equal Justice Society, and Disability Law Caucus. They joined NDLSA to connect with other people who are passionate about disability rights, to better understand how they can make their school more welcoming to disabled students, and to contribute to the elevation of NDLSA and its long-term goals. In their “free time” Madison plays roller derby and enjoys a good audiobook.
