NDLSA seeks to provide resources that promote our mission and goals. Resources take various forms and shapes. NDLSA creates and compiles pre-existing resources to provide stakeholders and students with a better understanding of the disabled law student experience.
Law students with disabilities face barriers in legal education. Our resources are catered to empowering the law student experience.
NDLSA has member organizations across the country helping to promote the mission of disability justice in a law school environment. Currently we have 65 member organizations. Member orgs are run by law students and have access to NDLSA resources. This includes funding for events or opportunities for their students or receiving access to study aids.
Law schools are a key player in the experience disabled law students will have while they complete their J.D We have created and compiled resources that help law school administrators and faculty understand the disabled experience.
