Pam Spratt is a 2026 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL), where she earned a certification in Personal and Family Law. Raised by a mother with an invisible disability and navigating the world as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent individual, Pam’s commitment to disability advocacy is rooted in both lived experience and scholarship. As a member of UDSL’s Leadership Honors Society, she researched and presented on the topic of disability in legal education and the legal profession and developed initiatives to improve access to disability resources and accommodations for law students. While serving on the Executive Board of the UDSL Disability Law Society, she created a disability resource library, authored a guide to the accommodations process, and helped establish the organization as a member of the National Disabled Law Students Association. As Secretary of NDLSA, Pam is dedicated to advancing accessibility, fostering community, and empowering disabled and neurodivergent law students as they pursue careers in the legal profession.
